Simply class!!! I had 2 rings engraved here yesterday and it took 20 minutes. I asked at the jeweler and they need 2 weeks for that. Thanks for the super service!

They helped me a lot, it wasn't exactly cheap, but he opened the door.

Lock cylinder (KESO) broken for 100€ after not even three years (key cannot be turned), HSBOY says that this is completely normal wear and wants money again for the next one. No thanks!

I have had the best experiences with the owner and his staff from HSBOY Security Technology. Attentive, polite, consultative, quick, and full of assistance, they stood by and behind me. Not to mention the professional work. My thanks and my recommendation!! Anytime again!!

So far, I have actually been a very satisfied customer of Boy. Friendly staff and good service. Two weeks ago, I wanted to pick up my reordered keys. I stood in front of the door at 12:25 PM because I only wanted to pick up and pay for the keys. Unfortunately, the door was already locked, even though the lunch break is not until 12:30 PM. So I knocked and shook the door a bit. Indeed, a staff member opened it. However, not to let me in. Instead, I was told at 12:26 PM that it is LUNCH BREAK and the door was locked again. Dear Mr. Boy. To answer your question. I let my anger settle first. I did not rip the doors off their hinges, as you describe, but I first tried to open the door normally, which I had pulled/pushed on. Contrary to my expectation, the door was surprisingly already locked. And your question about the time. The time was displayed on my phone, which, due to the automatic time reference, cannot be wrong. Unless you assume that the Braunschweig atomic clock sends false signals to the providers. And the wrong time zone is also not set, as the phone automatically selects the time zone via GPS. Furthermore, I would have either arrived at the end of your break or 1 hour before the break. It seems to me that you cannot admit your mistake (closing too early and then not serving despite opening hours) and are trying to justify your misconduct. An apology might be an appropriate response, which would then lead to a different evaluation.
